Enforcement Process
When we become aware of guideline violations, we take action:
- First offense: Warning and temporary restriction of certain features
- Repeat offenses: Temporary account suspension
- Severe violations: Immediate permanent ban
- Legal violations: Reported to appropriate authorities
We review each case individually. If you believe your account was suspended in error, you can appeal through our contact form.
Reporting Violations
If you witness behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately:
- Use the report button during or after a conversation
- Provide specific details about what happened
- Include usernames and timestamps when possible
- Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours
We do not disclose the identity of reporters to the reported user.
Appealing a Ban
If your account has been suspended and you believe it was a mistake:
- Contact us through the appeal form on your ban notification
- Provide your username and explain why you think the ban was incorrect
- Be patient—our team reviews appeals thoroughly and may take several days
- Decisions on appeals are final
